What an amazing roller coaster in LA! Fantastic appointments with groovy editors, VIPs, long time clients, and musicians. I kicked it off with a cocktail party hosted at Cristophe Beverly Hills with L’Oreal Professionnel and Algenist.

Rock and Roll takes the guise of many faces, but the Australian Rock Band the Sick Puppies are the real deal. Touring the world with some of the biggest names in the business, their latest release Sick Puppies Live At the House Of Blues Cleveland capture the band in full force. The band stopped by our Grammy Beauty Bar kick-off party.

Lead Singer Shim Moore even came in for a full hair make over, where we had a chance to talk Rock and Roll leading up to the Grammys on Sunday.
Shim’s reaction? “I honestly got the best cut I ever had! He knew exactly what my hair needed to go with my face and that is the hardest thing. I can’t wait to head back to NYC to see him again.”
On the opposite end of the music spectrum is musician and singer El Debarge Jr. If his name sounds familiar, his dad is 80s pop phenomenon of the same name. A definite talent to watch in the future. Thank you to everyone for making the event such an amazing success! More exciting news to come…
