PROFESSIONAL STAFF

  • Stylists or Colorists must possess an active client base in the NY area and proven track record of professional growth in their chosen specialty.
  • A valid New York State Cosmetology license is required.

ASSISTANTS

Styling Assistant New York, NY
Coloring Assistant New York, NY

  • Assistants are provided with one-on-one training in either cut or color techniques based on the Roy Teeluck philosophy of beauty. Assistants are given the unique opportunity to grow professionally with the brand, including continued education to further their careers.
  • Assistants must possess at least one year of salon floor experience, and profess a desired interest in either cut or color.
  • A valid New York State Cosmetology license is required.

SALON CONCIERGE

  • Act as guest service representative responsible for salon bookings, checking out clients, selling retail product, and ensuring smooth flow of salon schedule.
  • Must possess prior customer service experience and demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-profile, and guest-oriented environments.

SALON POLICIES

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Roy Teeluck Gift Certificates.

Gratuities are accepted in cash only.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify our concierge at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so that we can accommodate other guests.  Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Adjustments to cut and/or color will be made at no charge and must be completed within 7 days of service.

We offer complimentary bang trims as a follow-up to haircut appointments.  Please speak to your stylist for more information.

Retail purchases may be exchanged if unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.  No refunds.
